Therapy has also be delivered in other ways.

• Individual sessions at home or in the workplace
• Telephone consultation and by Skype
• Arranging a weekly sessions for at least employees in the workplace
• Workshops where up to 12 participants can be given tools to help manage their teams (typically good for managers and HR teams)
• Off site team trainning
• Therapy can be given at home for absent staff
• Attending and facilitating weekly team meeting focussing on specific issues
