CBT for Depression in London

Depression is an illness that not only affects mood (depression) but also appetite, sleep, concentration, energy, motivation, irritability and libido. Depression can also make people feel particularly hopeless and for most they can not see a way out.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can offer some hope for people with depression.  CBT is the psychological treatment of choice for depression, and offers practical evidence based solutions. Evidence suggests that CBT can help you overcome depression equal to medication but, when treatment is complete, depression is less likely to return following CBT.

We are a London based service with 14 BABCP accredited CBT therapists. All accredited CBT therapists will be trained mental health professionals and competent in treating depression.
